This means that this item will be securely strapped to a pallet and will require a lift gate to lower it from the truck (if you do not have a loading dock) and will be placed in your driveway or near your garage. This item will not be delivered inside your building or brought to your front porch. If you live in a remote area, or have a long driveway that a large truck cannot get in and out of then the pallet will be dropped off at the end of your driveway and you will need to arrange a way for the pallet to be moved closer to your house.
