This was removed from a high end homes kitchen for a remodel. Works well but the homeowners wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit. I have not personally tested it. Dimensions: 29.5 inches inches length, 22 inches width, and approximately 19 inches in height with the downdraft. It is very clean and has no major scratches, no dents or chips on the glass. Please expect some minor residue inside. We pack all cooktops well with two inch foam to secure it. It does show signs of normal use; please inspect all pictures carefully before purchasing. Expect signs of wear (such as scratches, nicks, scuffs) as this is a used item. Notice there is a small tear on the lower right knob. Does not affect functioning of the knob. Item has not been tested. Again, It was pulled from a large estate remodel. The previous owner stated it was working good as intended. What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more or less.
